Charlie is a great communicator and takes care of our supply line contacts. He enjoys a challenge and always has an idea!

Caster
Lily is always ready to help out whilst making sure all the day to day procedures are completed. Lily connects departments and helps finalise orders.
Rich
Business Manager
Managing all areas cohesively with a key focus in customer relations. Rich makes sure the place run smoothly.
Kirsty
Account Manager
Processing all of our orders, quality controlling castings and dealing with hallmarking. Kirsty is the best person to take care of your account.
Chloe
3D Print Technician
Chloe’s an experienced 3D Print Tech, dealing with all your files and processing orders. Chloe also operates our high resolution scanner.
Polly
Apprentice
Polly processes the 3D prints and helps the casters keep the place organised. Polly is currently doing her apprenticeship at the British Academy of Jewellers.
